Searching the home Listings on-line (HAR.com or Realtor.com) does not
always return the information you want. The on-line listings are not completely
current with what is actually for sale. Many homes may show up as
"Available" but they are already sold. Also, you do not get ALL the
information you need about the listings you find on-line. Often
the address is not provided. Details such as lot size, master bath amenities and
directions to the home are not shown either. Where is the master bedroom?

needed by a buyer to complete a successful home purchase. The Buyer's
Agent REPRESENTS the Buyer. This
is usually at no cost to the buyer. An agent
for the Seller (listing agent) represents the Seller only. It is his/her
job to get the best possible price and terms for the Seller's property.
The Seller's agent REPRESENTS the Seller, not the Buyer.
