Steps to Sign Up

Sign up is simple and is done on-line.
Review the steps below and then begin by clicking
the Continue With Sign Up link:

1.	Review on-line the Basic Services, Optional Services and Terms and Conditions and choose the Optional Services you desire.
2.	Review on-line the Information About Brokerage Services and Recovery Fund disclosures required by the Texas Real Estate Commission.
3.	Complete on-line the Listing Information Form which provides data to be entered in MLS.
4.	We will email or fax you the Listing Agreement, Seller Disclosure and other applicable forms required. You must sign and return the forms by regular mail and include your sign up payment.
5.	We will meet briefly with you at your home to view it, obtain a key, install the key box, and place the yard sign.
