| BE THE ONLY BUYER
Every Home Buyer wants the best possible deal. But is there some
"magic card trick" to get one? Actually, no. But you
can stack the deck in your favor by carefully choosing when to buy.
Homes sell all year long but at certain times there are more Buyers
are out looking than others. Typically Spring and early Summer are
"prime-times" for home selling - lots of Buyers are in the
market. That's NOT when you want to shop.
The best deals are easier to find when no one else is looking. When
there are few showings and fewer offers coming in Sellers are more
motivated. So it helps to be an "after the season" Buyer -
not a "prime-time" one.
So when are the best times to buy? They vary but the months of
August, September, December and January seem to be slow sales months.
Factors such as back-to-school, vacations, holidays and weather keep
many buyers away.
So take advantage of timing when you buy. BE THE ONLY BUYER out
there and you may find a better deal.
